Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

 

Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

As for our sample packs and sounds, your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. 

 

Due to the nature of digital downloads we can offer refunds on a case-by-case basis and by completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the Phantom Sounds Staff and that all decisions made by the Phantom Sounds Staff are final. We are happy to issue store credit or a refund if your product is proven to be defective.

We can't offer a refund if:

  • You cannot use the product due to hardware or software limitations – i.e. you do not own the compatible synthesizer for the product.
  • You no longer need the purchased product.
  • You have changed your mind

No bulk/bundle orders, only one refund per person.

Phantom Sounds reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

As for our plugins, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you haven’t activated your product yet. Once you activate your product - or let 14 days pass - you waive your right to a refund.

If you experience technical issues, we will help you fix them. Our products are stable across all platforms listed in the Compatibility Section on each product page. Technical issues should not occur if you are on a supported system/DAW and are therefore not a legitimate claim for a refund. Instead, we offer comprehensive technical support to help all our customers install and run our plugins.

If you believe that you qualify for a refund, please email info@phantom-sounds.com with the following information:

  • Your order number and the email address used when placing your order.

We process eligible refund requests within 48 hours and will issue the refund to the credit card/PayPal account you used when placing your order. You should allow for up to 5 business days for the refund to return to your account.

Additionally: If you’re considering a purchase, all Phantom Sounds plugins have free trials, allowing you to demo a plugin before you decide to buy it.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link within 5 minutes of purchasing, you can contact info@phantom-sounds.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
